Educational Q&A

Bhīma links true dharma with ātmayoga—inner discipline that steadies the mind in the Self—and says such dharma is the hallmark of the Kṛta (Satya) Yuga, when righteousness is complete (catuṣpāda), not diminished or fragmented.

In a discussion about dharma and the qualities of different ages (yugas), Bhīma explains that the Satya/Kṛta age is defined by yoga-grounded righteousness and by a fully functioning, harmonious four-varṇa order.
