वातं तमेवाभिमुखो यतस्तत्‌ पुष्पमागतम्‌ | आजिद्दीर्षुर्जगामाशु स पुष्पाण्यपराण्यपि,वे उसी तरहके और भी फूल ले आनेकी अभिलाषासे तुरंत पूर्वोक्त वायुकी ओर मुख करके उसी ईशान कोणमें आगे बढ़े, जिधरसे वह फूल आया था

vātaṃ tamevābhimukho yatastat puṣpam āgatam | ājiddhīrṣur jagāmāśu sa puṣpāṇy aparāṇy api |

Vaiśampāyana nói: Quay mặt về đúng luồng gió đã đưa bông hoa đến, và khát khao kiếm thêm những đóa tương tự, chàng lập tức lên đường, theo hướng ấy—phía đông bắc—về nơi phát xuất của nó.
