Kṛṣṇa’s Counsel to Dhṛtarāṣṭra in the Assembly

अभ्यागच्छति दाशाहें प्रज्ञाचक्षुनरिश्वर: । सहैव द्रोणभीष्माभ्यामुदतिष्ठन्महायशा:

Transliteration

abhyāgacchati dāśārhe prajñācakṣur nariśvaraḥ | sahaiva droṇabhīṣmābhyām udatiṣṭhan mahāyaśāḥ ||

Translation

Khi Dāśārha (Śrī Kṛṣṇa) tiến đến, vua Dhṛtarāṣṭra lừng danh—dẫu mù lòa nhưng “thấy” bằng trí tuệ—liền đứng dậy ngay, cùng với Bhīṣma và Droṇa. Cảnh ấy nêu bật sự kính trọng theo nghi lễ của triều đình đối với địa vị đạo lý và chính trị của Kṛṣṇa, dù vương quốc đang đứng bên bờ chiến tranh.
