Dvārakāyāṃ Sāhāyya-vibhāgaḥ (Alliance Allocation at Dvārakā) / उद्योगपर्व अध्याय ७
पूर्व चाभिगतं सन््तो भजन्ते पूर्वसारिण: । त्वं च श्रेष्ठठमो लोके सतामद्य जनार्दन | सततं सम्मतश्वैव सद्वृत्तमनुपालय
pūrvaṃ cābhigataṃ santaḥ bhajante pūrvasāriṇaḥ | tvaṃ ca śreṣṭhatamo loke satām adya janārdana | satataṃ sammataś caiva sadvṛttam anupālaya ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Người hiền thiện tôn trọng và noi theo điều đã được thực hành, được chuẩn nhận từ thuở trước; họ bước theo con đường các bậc trưởng thượng đã mở. Còn ngài, hỡi Janārdana, hôm nay là bậc tối thượng giữa những người đức hạnh trong đời—luôn được kính trọng. Vậy hãy không ngừng gìn giữ chính hạnh.”
