Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 50 — Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Appraisal of Bhīmasena (भीमसेनभयवर्णनम्)
येन राजा महावीर्य: प्रविश्यान्त:पुरं पुरा । वासुदेवसहायेन जरासंधो निपातितः
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | yena rājā mahāvīryaḥ praviśyāntaḥpuraṃ purā | vāsudeva-sahāyena jarāsandho nipātitaḥ ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra nói: “Nhờ ai mà thuở trước vị vua đại dũng ấy (Bhīmasena) đã vào tận nội cung của Jarāsandha và, có Vāsudeva làm chỗ nương, đã đánh ngã Jarāsandha? (Ta nhớ chiến công ấy để đo sức mạnh và ý chí của họ.)”
