Sanatsujāta on the Imperceptible Eternal Light (यत्तच्छुक्रं महज्ज्योतिः)
आत्मैव स्थानं मम जन्म चात्मा ओतप्रोतो5हमजरप्रतिष्ठ: । अजकश्षरो दिवारात्रमतन्द्रितो 5हं मां विज्ञाय कविरास्ते प्रसन्न:
ātmaiva sthānaṃ mama janma cātmā otaproto 'ham ajara-pratiṣṭhaḥ | ajaḥ kṣaro divārātram atandrito 'haṃ māṃ vijñāya kavir āste prasannaḥ ||
Sanatsujāta tuyên ngôn về Tự Ngã: “Chỉ Tự Ngã là chỗ nương của ta, và chỉ Tự Ngã là nguồn gốc của ta. Ta thấm khắp muôn loài, đan xen trong họ, nhưng vẫn an lập trong uy lực không già, luôn tươi mới. Không sinh, hiện hữu như cả động lẫn tĩnh, và luôn tỉnh thức suốt ngày đêm—người trí thấy biết ta như vậy thì an trụ trong sự tĩnh lặng sâu xa.”
