Transliteration

kārayāmāsa sarvāṇi maṇḍalārthāni vai vibhuḥ | taṃ brāhmaṇāś ca vṛddhākṣa paurajānapadaiḥ saha

Translation

Bậc hùng vĩ ấy truyền khiến mọi sự sắp đặt cần thiết cho quốc độ đều được thi hành. Rồi, hỡi Vṛddhākṣa, các bà-la-môn cũng vậy—cùng với dân thành thị và dân thôn dã—đều tiến ra tham dự theo lẽ phải.
