ततो वसति दुष्कर्मा नरके शाश्वती: समा: । राजदोषेण हि जगत् स्पृश्यते जगत: स च,ऐसा करनेसे वह दुष्कर्मी राजा अनेक वर्षोतक नरकमें ही निवास करता है। राजाका दोष जगत्को और जगतका दोष राजाको प्राप्त होता है
tato vasati duṣkarmā narake śāśvatīḥ samāḥ | rājadoṣeṇa hi jagat spṛśyate jagataḥ sa ca ||
Vì thế, vị vua làm điều ác ấy phải ở trong địa ngục suốt những năm tháng dài lâu. Bởi do lỗi của vua mà cả thế gian bị vấy bẩn, và do lỗi của thế gian mà vua cũng bị chạm đến—cho thấy sự lây nhiễm đạo đức qua lại giữa người trị vì và thần dân, cùng gánh nặng nghiệp báo nặng nề của vương quyền.
