ज्योतींषि चन्द्रसूर्यों च परिवर्तन्ति नित्यश: । इसी दिशामें ब्रह्माजी यज्ञानुष्ठानमें प्रवृत्त होकर नियमितरूपसे निवास करते हैं। नक्षत्र, चन्द्रमा तथा सूर्य भी सदा इसीमें परिभ्रमण करते हैं ।।
jyotīṁṣi candrasūryau ca parivartante nityaśaḥ | atra gṛhāmahādvāraṁ rakṣanti dvijasattama ||
Yuparṇa nói: “Những ánh sáng trên trời—các chòm sao, Mặt Trăng và Mặt Trời—không ngừng vận hành theo quỹ đạo đã định. Tại đây, nơi cổng lớn này, hỡi bậc tối thượng trong hàng lưỡng sinh, các vị hộ vệ cảnh giác đang canh giữ.”
