Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 5 — Karmaphala-Nirdeśa and Phalāśruti (कर्मफलनिर्देशः फलश्रुतिश्च)
इमां भारतसावित्रीं प्रातरुत्थाय यः पठेत् । स भारतफल प्राप्य परं ब्रह्माधिगच्छति
imāṃ bhāratasāvitrīṃ prātar utthāya yaḥ paṭhet | sa bhārata-phalaṃ prāpya paraṃ brahmādhigacchati ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: “Ai thức dậy vào buổi sớm và tụng đọc ‘Bhārata-Sāvitrī’ này—lời giáo huấn tinh yếu được chưng cất từ Mahābhārata—sẽ nhận trọn công đức như đã học toàn bộ sử thi, và nhờ quả ấy mà đạt đến Brahman Tối Thượng.”
