Vāmadeva’s Rājadharma: Norm-Setting, Counsel, and the Prevention of Rāṣṭra-Vināśa (वामदेव-प्रोक्तं राजधर्मम्)
नैतान्येकेन शक््यानि सातत्येनानुवीक्षितुम् | तेषु सर्व प्रतिष्ठाप्य राजा भुड्धक्ते चिरं महीम्
naitāny ekena śakyāni sātatyenānuvīkṣitum | teṣu sarva-pratiṣṭhāpya rājā buddhaktyā ciraṁ mahīm ||
Vāmadeva nói: “Một người không thể liên tục trông coi mọi việc ấy. Vì vậy, khi đặt những quan chức xứng đáng phụ trách từng phần và dùng sự phán đoán sáng suốt, nhà vua có thể trị vì và hưởng cõi đất này lâu dài.”
