उतथ्योपदेशः—राजधर्मः, दर्पनिग्रहः, प्रजारक्षणम्
Utathya’s Instruction: Royal Dharma, Restraint of Pride, Protection of Subjects
धर्मस्य ब्राह्मणो योनिस्तस्मात् तान् पूजयेत् सदा । ब्राह्मणानां च मान्धात: कुर्यात् कामानमत्सरी,मान्धाता! धर्मका मूल है ब्राह्मण; इसलिये ब्राह्मणोंका सदा सम्मान करना चाहिये, ब्राह्मणोंकी प्रत्येक कामनाको ईर्ष्यारहित होकर पूर्ण करना उचित है
dharmasya brāhmaṇo yonis tasmāt tān pūjayet sadā | brāhmaṇānāṁ ca māndhātaḥ kuryāt kāmān amatsarī ||
Utathya nói: “Brāhmaṇa chính là cội nguồn, là ‘dạ’ sinh ra Dharma; vì thế phải luôn tôn kính họ. Và hỡi Māndhātṛ, hãy đáp ứng những điều mong cầu của các Brāhmaṇa mà không ganh ghét hay oán hờn.”
