एषा ते राष्ट्रवत्तिश्न राज्ञां गुप्तिश्न भारत । एतमेवार्थमाश्रित्य भूयो वक्ष्यामि पाण्डव

Transliteration

eṣā te rāṣṭravṛttiś ca rājñāṁ guptiś ca bhārata | etam evārtham āśritya bhūyo vakṣyāmi pāṇḍava bharatanandana ||

Translation

Bhīṣma nói: “Hỡi Bharata, đó là cách ứng xử đúng đắn mà một vị vua phải giữ đối với vương quốc của mình, và cũng chính là phương cách bảo hộ các bậc quân vương. Nắm vững mục đích ấy, hỡi Pāṇḍava, niềm vui của dòng Bharata, ta sẽ còn nói tiếp về cùng đề tài này.”
