Yogakṣema, Purohita, and the Mucukunda–Vaiśravaṇa Dialogue (योगक्षेम–पुरोहित–मुचुकुन्दवैश्रवणसंवादः)

ते खल्वपि कृतास्त्राश्न बलवन्तश्न भूमिया: । आगम्य पर्युपासन्ते मामीशं सुखदुःखयो:,वे भूपाल भी अस्त्रविद्याके ज्ञाता तथा बलवान्‌ थे और मुझे सुख एवं दु:ख देनेमें समर्थ ईश्वर मानकर मेरे पास आते और मेरी उपासना करते थे

te khalv api kṛtāstrāś ca balavantaś ca bhūmipāḥ | āgamya paryupāsante mām īśaṁ sukhaduḥkhayoḥ ||

“Quả thật, các vị vua ấy cũng tinh thông binh khí và đầy sức mạnh. Họ đến với ta và cung kính phụng sự, xem ta là Đấng Chúa tể nắm quyền ban phát cả hạnh phúc lẫn khổ đau.”
