Indra–Māndhātṛ Dialogue
अत्र ते वर्तयिष्यामि धर्ममर्थविनिश्चयम् । निर्मयदि वर्तमाने दानवैकार्णवे पुरा
atra te vartayiṣyāmi dharmam arthaviniścayam | nirmadī vartamāne dānavākarṇave purā ||
Ở đây ta sẽ kể cho ngươi một chuyện tích mang tính dharma, nhằm quyết định ý nghĩa chân thực của artha (lợi ích và phúc lợi trong đời sống thực tiễn). Thuở xa xưa, khi thế gian trở nên phóng túng, như thể chìm trong biển cả của sự vô pháp kiểu Dānava, giáo huấn này đã được nêu ra để khôi phục sự minh định về hạnh kiểm đúng và lợi ích đúng.
