Śara-śayyā-sthita-bhīṣma-saṃvāda-prastāvaḥ
The Prelude to Questioning Bhīṣma on the Bed of Arrows
एवमुक्त: पाण्डवेन भगवान् केशवस्तदा । अभिगम्य दुराधर्ष प्रव्याहारयदच्युत:
evaṁ uktaḥ pāṇḍavena bhagavān keśavas tadā | abhigamya durādharṣaḥ pravyāhārayad acyutaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Khi người Pāṇḍava thưa như vậy, Thế Tôn Keśava—vững bền trong sự tự chế chính đáng của mình—liền đến gần Bhīṣma, bậc không thể khuất phục, và bắt đầu cất lời; từ đó khởi lên cuộc đối thoại nhằm soi tỏ bổn phận và lẽ hành xử đúng đắn trong thời khắc đạo lý bị thử thách.
