ṣaṣṭho hi divasas te ’dya prāptasyeha tapodhana | na cābhibhāṣase kiñcid āhāraṃ dharmavatsala ||
Bhishma nói: “Ôi bậc khổ hạnh giàu công phu tu tập, hôm nay đã là ngày thứ sáu kể từ khi ngài đến đây. Thế nhưng, ôi người yêu mến dharma, ngài vẫn chưa nói lấy một lời bảo chúng tôi mang thức ăn đến.”
