ततः स विप्र: कृतकर्मनिश्चय: कृताभ्यनुज्ञ: स्वजनेन धर्मकृत्‌ । यथोपदिष्टं भुजगेन्द्रसंश्रयं जगाम काले सुकृतैकनिश्चय:

Transliteration

tataḥ sa vipraḥ kṛtakarmaniscayaḥ kṛtābhyanujñaḥ svajanena dharmakṛt | yathopadiṣṭaṃ bhujagendrasaṃśrayaṃ jagāma kāle sukṛtaikaniscayaḥ ||

Translation

Bấy giờ vị Bà-la-môn ấy—đã kiên quyết định tâm hoàn thành bổn phận theo dharma mà mình hướng tới, lại được người thân thuận cho—liền lên đường đúng thời, y như lời vị khách đã dặn, hướng về nơi cư ngụ của Chúa tể loài rắn. Với tâm trí vững vàng, chuyên nhất vào việc thành tựu công đức, ông tiến bước theo đúng đạo lý.
