Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)
कल्पयिष्यन्ति वो भागांस्ते नरा वेदकल्पितान् । “देवगण! सम्पूर्ण लोकोंमें जो मनुष्य यज्ञोंद्वारा यजन करेंगे, वे तुम्हारे लिये वेदके कथनानुसार यज्ञभाग निश्चित करेंगे ।।
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: kalpayiṣyanti vo bhāgāṁs te narā vedakalpitān | "devagaṇa! sampūrṇa-lokeṣu ye manuṣyā yajñair yajiṣyanti, te yuṣmad-artham vedokta-vidhinā yajñabhāgān niśceṣyanti" | yo me yathā kalpitavān bhāgam asmin mahākratau
«Những con người ấy sẽ phân định phần của các ngươi theo đúng điều Veda đã đặt ra. Hỡi đoàn chư thiên! Khắp các thế giới, những người tế tự bằng lễ tế sẽ vì các ngươi mà ấn định các phần lễ vật đúng theo pháp lệnh Veda. (Rồi ý tứ tiếp nối:) ‘Ai đã định phần của ta trong đại tế này theo cách nào…’»
