अश्वशिरो-आख्यानम्
Aśvaśiras / Hayaśiras Narrative: Retrieval of the Vedas
ऋते देवप्रसादाद् वा राजन् ज्ञानागमेन वा | गहनं होतदाख्यानं व्याख्यातव्यं तवारिहन्
ṛte devaprasādād vā rājan jñānāgamena vā | gahanaṃ hy etad ākhyānaṃ vyākhyātavyaṃ tavārihan ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Tâu Đại vương, nếu không có ân phúc của chư thiên—hoặc không có sự chỉ dẫn của kinh điển (āgama) đặt nền trên chân tri—thì điều thâm áo này không thể được đáp bằng lý luận suông, dẫu trải qua hàng trăm năm. Hỡi bậc khuất phục kẻ thù, tuy đề tài này cực khó thấu hiểu, ta vẫn phải giảng giải vì con.”
