vyavasāyena lokāṁs trīn sarvān so 'tha vicintayan | āsthito dīrgham adhvānaṁ pāvakārka-samaprabhaḥ ||
Steady, decisive insight (vyavasāya) enables one to see the entire triad of worlds through the lens of the Self—reducing attachment and fear. Such inner clarity naturally expresses itself as forward movement on the path, accompanied by the ‘radiance’ of realized discipline and purity.
Śuka, described as possessing firm resolve, contemplates the three worlds and then proceeds on a long onward course. His brilliance is compared to fire and the sun, marking him as spiritually potent and unwavering as he advances.
