Yajña-bhāga-vyavasthā and the Pravṛtti–Nivṛtti Framework (यज्ञभागव्यवस्था तथा प्रवृत्तिनिवृत्तिधर्मविवेचनम्)
सर्वान् विध्नान् प्रशमयन् महादेवस्य धीमत: । दिव्यं वर्षमहस्रं हि पादेनैकेन तिकछत:
sarvān vighnān praśamayan mahādevasya dhīmataḥ | divyaṁ varṣa-sahasraṁ hi pādenaikena tiṣṭhati ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Dẹp yên mọi chướng ngại, nhờ uy lực của bậc Đại Thần Mahādeva đầy trí tuệ, ông đứng suốt một nghìn năm của chư thiên, giữ thân thăng bằng trên một chân.”
