कृतकार्य: सुखी शान्तस्तूष्णीं प्रायादुदड्मुख: । शैशिरं गिरिमुद्दिश्य सधर्मा मातरिश्वन:
kṛtakāryaḥ sukhī śāntas tūṣṇīṃ prāyād udaṅmukhaḥ | śaiśiraṃ girim uddiśya sadharmā mātariśvanḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: Việc đã thành, lòng an vui và tĩnh lặng, chàng lặng lẽ lên đường, mặt hướng về phương bắc. Lấy chánh pháp làm bạn đồng hành, chàng nhắm ngọn núi giá lạnh (Hi-mã-lạp-sơn) mà đi, nhanh như gió.
