सांख्ययोगभेदः तथा योगबलोपदेशः

Sāṃkhya–Yoga Distinction and Instruction on Yogic Strength

एतच्छुत्वा ततः क्रुद्धो महायोगी महेश्वर: । संरक्तनयनो राजन शूलमादाय तस्थिवान्‌,राजन्‌! यह सुनकर महायोगी महेश्वर कुपित हो गये और लाल आँखें किये हाथमें त्रिशूल लेकर खड़े हो गये

etac chrutvā tataḥ kruddho mahāyogī maheśvaraḥ | saṃraktanayano rājan śūlam ādāya tasthivān ||

Bhīṣma nói: Nghe vậy, Maheśvara—bậc đại Yogin, Đại Chúa tể—liền nổi giận. Tâu Đại vương, mắt Ngài đỏ rực, tay cầm cây tam xoa mà đứng sẵn, báo điềm hậu quả nghiêm trọng khi trật tự thiêng liêng bị xúc phạm.
