सांख्ययोगभेदः तथा योगबलोपदेशः
Sāṃkhya–Yoga Distinction and Instruction on Yogic Strength
निवेदयामास तदा शिवायामिततेजसे । देवश्रेष्ठाय रुद्राय सौम्याय बहुरूपिणे,उस समय उन्होंने अमित तेजस्वी अनेक रूपधारी सौम्य एवं शिवस्वरूप देवेश्वर रुद्रसे इस प्रकार निवेदन किया
nivedayāmāsa tadā śivāyāmitatejase | devaśreṣṭhāya rudrāya saumyāya bahurūpiṇe ||
Bhīṣma nói: Khi ấy, ông cung kính dâng lời thưa bày lên Rudra—chính là Śiva—rực rỡ uy quang vô lượng, bậc tối thượng trong hàng chư thiên, dung mạo hiền hòa mà có thể hiện ra muôn hình vạn trạng.
