इत्येष वृत्रमाश्रित्य ज्वरस्य महतो मया । विस्तर: कथित: पुत्र किमन्यत् प्रब्रवीमि ते
ity eṣa vṛtram āśritya jvarasya mahato mayā | vistaraḥ kathitaḥ putra kim anyat prabravīmi te ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Này con, nhân câu chuyện về Vṛtra, ta đã thuật lại cho con một cách tường tận nguồn gốc và diễn tiến của cơn ‘đại nhiệt’ gắn với Maheśvara. Giờ đây ta còn biết nói gì thêm với con nữa?”
