Determination of the Means to Liberation

ममेदमिति नास्यैतत्‌ प्रवर्तेत कलौ युगे । लोकयात्रा न चैव स्यादथ चेद्‌ वेत्थ शंस नः

Transliteration

mamedam iti nāsyaitat pravarteta kalau yuge | lokayātrā na caiva syād atha ced vettha śaṃsa naḥ ||

Translation

“Trong thời Kali, ý niệm ‘đây là của ta, không phải của hắn’ sẽ không còn là sự kiềm chế đáng tin. Người ta sẽ trơ tráo chiếm đoạt của cải của kẻ khác, và nếp sinh hoạt chung của xã hội—sinh kế và giao tiếp tương trợ—sẽ không thể duy trì. Nếu ngươi biết phương kế, hãy nói cho ta.”
