अहिंसा-प्रधान धर्मविचारः
Ahiṃsā as the Superior Dharma: Practical and Scriptural Reasoning
पुनः पुनरथोक्ता सा गतसच्त्वेव भामिनी । तूष्णीमासीत् ततो देवो देवानामीश्चरेश्वर:
punaḥ punar athoktā sā gatasattveva bhāminī | tūṣṇīm āsīt tato devo devānām īśvareśvaraḥ ||
Dù được gọi bảo hết lần này đến lần khác, người nữ đầy xúc cảm ấy vẫn ngồi lặng, như thể ý chí và khí lực đã rời bỏ nàng. Rồi vị Thần tối thượng—đấng chí tôn trên các chúa tể của chư thiên—cũng im lặng, để chính sự lặng thinh nói lên lời răn dạy và sự kiềm chế.
