इन्द्रियाणां तथैवैषां सर्वेषामी श्वर॑ मन: । नियमे च विसर्गे च भूतात्मा मानसस्तथा
Translation
Cũng như tâm (manas) là bậc chủ của mọi căn, có thể thúc đẩy chúng hướng về đối tượng hoặc ngăn giữ chúng lại, thì tự ngã nội tại an trú nơi trái tim cũng là chủ của tâm, có năng lực chế ngự và buông xả đối với nó.
