धृतिमानात्मवान् बुद्धि निगृह्लीयादसंशयम् । मनो बुद्धया निगृह्लीयाद् विषयान्मनसा55त्मन:
Translation
Người trí, bền chí và tự chủ, phải chắc chắn chế ngự buddhi (trí phân biệt). Rồi dùng buddhi để chế ngự manas (tâm), và dùng manas để ngăn các căn chạy theo các đối tượng dục lạc, khiến chúng quy phục dưới quyền mình.
