Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra
ततो<गच्छत् विस्मयं ते दानवेन्द्रा भयं तथा । संशयं गतमात्मानं मेनिरे च सहस्रश:,इससे उन दानवेन्द्रोंकी बड़ा विस्स्मथ और भय प्राप्त हुआ। वे सहस्रों दैत्य अपने आपको जीवनके संशयमें पड़ा हुआ मानने लगे
tato ’gacchat vismayaṁ te dānavendrā bhayaṁ tathā | saṁśayaṁ gatam ātmānaṁ menire ca sahasraśaḥ ||
Bấy giờ các chúa tể Dānavas ấy bị cơn kinh ngạc và nỗi sợ hãi bao trùm. Hàng ngàn Daitya đều tự thấy mạng sống mình rơi vào vòng nghi hoặc—không biết còn có thể sống sót hay chăng.
