Adhyāya 180: Jīva, Śarīra, and the Fire Analogy (भृगु–भरद्वाज संवादः)
इति भूतानि सम्पश्यन्ननुषक्तानि मृत्युना । सर्वसामान्यगो विद्वान् कृतकृत्य: सुखं स्वपे
iti bhūtāni sampaśyann anuṣaktāni mṛtyunā | sarvasāmānyago vidvān kṛtakṛtyaḥ sukhaṃ svape ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Thấy như vậy, ta nhận ra mọi loài đều bị trói buộc, vướng mắc trong thòng lọng của cái chết. Biết rõ chân lý, ta đã trở thành người đã làm xong điều phải làm; giữ lòng bình đẳng với muôn loài, ta ngủ yên trong an lạc.”
