तानागतान् द्विजश्रेष्ठान् विरूपाक्षो विशाम्पते । यथा प्रतिजग्राह विधिदृष्टेन कर्मणा,प्रजानाथ! विरूपाक्षने वहाँ पधारे हुए जन श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मणोंका शास्त्रीय विधिके अनुसार यथायोग्य स्वागत-सत्कार किया
tān āgatān dvijaśreṣṭhān virūpākṣo viśāmpate | yathā pratijagrāha vidhidṛṣṭena karmaṇā prajānātha |
Bhishma nói: Hỡi bậc chúa tể của muôn dân, Virūpākṣa đã tiếp nhận các vị Bà-la-môn ưu tú ấy khi họ đến, đón tiếp và tôn kính đúng phép, cử hành các nghi lễ y theo quy phạm thánh điển.
