यजस्व वाजिमेधेन विधिवद्‌ दक्षिणावता । वयं ते किंकरा: पार्थ वासुदेवश्च वीर्यवान्‌

Transliteration

yajasva vājimedhena vidhivad dakṣiṇāvatā | vayaṁ te kiṅkarāḥ pārtha vāsudevaś ca vīryavān |

Translation

Vaiśampāyana nói: “Hỡi con của Kuntī, hãy cử hành lễ tế Aśvamedha đúng theo nghi thức đã định, và ban tặng lễ vật (dakṣiṇā) xứng đáng cho các vị chủ tế. Chúng ta đều là kẻ phụng mệnh của ngài, hỡi Pārtha—và cả Vāsudeva dũng mãnh cũng vậy—sẵn sàng thi hành mệnh lệnh của ngài.”
