नृशंस-लक्षणनिर्णयः | Determining the Marks of Cruel Conduct
Nṛśaṃsa
न हि बुद्धया सम किंचिद् विद्यते पुरुषे नृप । तथा बलेन राजेन्द्र न समो5स्तीह कक्षन
na hi buddhyā samaṁ kiñcid vidyate puruṣe nṛpa | tathā balena rājendra na samo 'stīha kaścana ||
Bhishma nói: “Tâu Đại vương, trong con người không có gì sánh bằng trí tuệ. Và, ô bậc tối thượng trong hàng quân vương, trên đời này không ai có thể sánh với người mà sức mạnh được trí tuệ dẫn dắt. Vì thế, sự vượt trội chân chính không nằm ở quyền lực thuần túy, mà ở quyền lực được điều hướng bởi lý trí sáng suốt.”
