करिष्ये धर्ममेवेति तृतीयात्‌ परिमुच्यते । शुचिस्तीर्थान्यनुचरन्‌ बहुत्वात्परिमुच्यते

Transliteration

kariṣye dharmam eveti tṛtīyāt parimucyate | śucis tīrthāny anucaran bahutvāt parimucyate ||

Translation

Śaunaka nói: “Nhờ phát nguyện: ‘Ta chỉ thực hành dharma mà thôi’, một người được giải thoát khỏi lần tái phạm tội lỗi thứ ba. Và người thanh tịnh, du hành qua các tīrtha (thánh địa) linh thiêng, nhờ số lượng thánh địa ấy, được giải trừ khỏi vô số tội lỗi đã tích tụ qua nhiều lần.”
