Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)

बलिना विग्रहो राजन्‌ न कदाचित्‌ प्रशस्यते । बलिना विग्रहो यस्य कुतो राज्यं कुत: सुखम्‌

balinā vigraho rājan na kadācit praśasyate | balinā vigraho yasya kuto rājyaṃ kutaḥ sukham, rājan ||

Muôn tâu Đại vương, gây xung đột với kẻ hùng mạnh chưa bao giờ được ca ngợi. Kẻ đã liều lĩnh chuốc thù với người mạnh—thì còn đâu vương quyền, còn đâu an lạc?
