Treasury Formation and Fine-Grained Ethics
न कोश: शुद्धशौचेन न नृशंसेन जातुचित् । मध्यमं पदमास्थाय कोशसंग्रहणं चरेत्
na kośaḥ śuddhaśaucena na nṛśaṃsena jātucit | madhyamaṃ padam āsthāya kośasaṃgrahaṇaṃ caret ||
Bhishma nói: Kho tàng không bao giờ được tích lũy bởi kẻ chỉ bám chặt vào sự thanh khiết tuyệt đối và sự kiêng dè nghiêm ngặt; cũng chẳng bao giờ được bảo đảm bởi kẻ tàn bạo hung ác. Vì vậy, hãy theo con đường trung đạo mà lo việc thu gom nguồn thu—để đạt thịnh vượng mà không rời bỏ đạo lý.
