स तु कामान्मृगो राजन्नासाद्यासाद्य तं नृपम् । पुनरभ्येति जवनो जवेन महता ततः
sa tu kāmān mṛgo rājann āsādya-āsādya taṃ nṛpam | punar abhyeti javano javena mahatā tataḥ ||
Bhīṣma nói: “Nhưng con nai ấy, bị dục vọng của chính mình thúc đẩy, cứ hết lần này đến lần khác lại đến gần nhà vua rồi lại lùi xa; vốn nhanh nhẹn bẩm sinh, nó lại quay về, lao tới với tốc độ lớn.”
