इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत राजधमनुशासनपर्वमें व्याप्र और गीदड़का संवादविषयक एक सौ ग्यारहवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi antargate rājadharmānuśāsanaparvaṇi vyāghra-gīdṛka-saṃvāda-viṣayaka ekaśata-ekādaśottara-adhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ

Translation

Như vậy kết thúc chương thứ một trăm mười một của Śānti Parva trong bộ Śrī Mahābhārata, thuộc phần giáo huấn về bổn phận của bậc quân vương (rājadharma), nói về cuộc đối thoại giữa hổ và chó rừng. Lời kết (colophon) này báo hiệu sự hoàn tất của một đoạn giáo huấn, dùng loài vật làm dụ để soi tỏ những nguyên tắc trị quốc theo chính pháp và đạo hạnh.
