तेषां सान्त्वं क्रूरमिश्रं प्रणेतव्यं पुनः पुन: । सम्पीड्यमाना हि परैयोंगमायान्ति सर्वतः
Translation
Bhīṣma nói: “Đối với dân chúng ấy, phải nhiều lần dùng lời vỗ về dịu ngọt nhưng pha sự nghiêm khắc. Bởi nếu chỉ bị ép bằng lời cứng rắn, họ sẽ tản đi khắp nơi và ngả theo phe địch.”
