एवं कुर्यान्नरो यो हि स वै संजय पूजित: । “संजय! जो अपने तेजसे तप रहा हो

Transliteration

evaṁ kuryān naro yo hi sa vai saṁjaya pūjitaḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya nói: “Hỡi Sañjaya, người hành xử như thế mới thật đáng được tôn kính. Bởi khi kẻ thù rực cháy uy dũng, được vương vận nâng đỡ, lại đứng giữa thân tộc và đồng minh trợ lực, chỉ bậc anh hùng chân chính mới có thể đối đãi với hắn đúng theo pháp tắc đã định. Có vinh quang gì trong việc đánh kẻ đã chết?”
