Duryodhana-vadha-pratikriyā: Harṣa, Nindā, and Kṛṣṇa’s Nīti-vyākhyā (Śalya-parva 60)

तदा विद्यान्मनोग्लानिमाशु शान्तिकरो भवेत्‌ | “अपनी और अपने मित्रकी यदि इसके विपरीत परिस्थिति हो तो मन-ही-मन ग्लानिका अनुभव करना चाहिये और मित्रोंकी उस हानिके निवारणके लिये शीघ्र प्रयत्नशील होना चाहिये

tadā vidyān manoglānim āśu śāntikaro bhavet |

Sañjaya nói: “Khi ấy, phải lập tức nhận ra sự nặng nề trong lòng, và mau chóng trở thành người kiến tạo hòa bình—nhanh chóng gắng sức ngăn chặn tổn hại đã phát sinh, dù liên quan đến bản thân hay bằng hữu.”
