अन्तरिक्षे महानाद: श्रूयते भरतर्षभ । भरतश्रेष्ठ उस समय आकाशमें यक्षों, राक्षमों तथा पिशाचोंका महान् कोलाहल सुनायी देने लगा
antarikṣe mahānādaḥ śrūyate bharatarṣabha |
Vāyu-deva nói: “Hỡi bậc trượng phu của dòng Bharata, giữa tầng không vang lên một tiếng gầm lớn.” Ngay lúc ấy, trời cao dội lại một cơn náo động dữ dội—tiếng huyên náo của Yakṣa, Rākṣasa và Piśāca—một điềm gở cho thấy trật tự đạo lý quanh chiến địa đang bị chấn động, và những lực lượng vô hình đang phản ứng trước bạo lực đang cuộn trào.
