दृष्टवा प्रभावं तपसरो जैगीषव्यस्य योगजम् | चिन्तयामास राजेन्द्र तदा स मुनिसत्तम:
dṛṣṭvā prabhāvaṃ tapasaro jaigīṣavyasya yogajam | cintayāmāsa rājendra tadā sa munisattamaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana nói: Khi chứng kiến uy lực yoga sinh từ ngọn lửa khổ hạnh của Jaigīṣavya, bậc hiền triết tối thượng ấy liền chìm vào suy tư sâu thẳm, hỡi bậc vương giả tối tôn—ngẫm về ý nghĩa và sức nặng đạo lý của thứ quyền năng tâm linh ấy.
