Educational Q&A

The verse highlights the dharmic ideal that a noble person’s righteous granting of a boon—an act of generosity and honoring merit—creates harmony that is affirmed by the wider cosmos, symbolized by the three worlds resounding with joy.

After a great-souled figure grants a boon to a young prince, all assembled beings erupt in a jubilant shout, and that sound is described as filling the three worlds, marking the event as universally auspicious.
