Unrestrained Battle Description and Śakuni’s Rear Assault
ननाद च महानादं प्रवर: सर्वधन्विनाम् । तद् युद्धमभवच्चित्रं घोररूपं च मारिष
nanāda ca mahānādaṃ pravaraḥ sarva-dhanvinām | tad yuddham abhavac citraṃ ghora-rūpaṃ ca māriṣa ||
Sañjaya nói: Vị cung thủ bậc nhất trong hàng vạn cung thủ cất lên một tiếng gầm vang dội. Từ đó, trận chiến trở nên kỳ vĩ lạ thường mà cũng ghê rợn trong hình tướng—một cảnh tượng khiến người ta vừa kinh ngạc vừa thấy rõ cái giá khủng khiếp của chiến tranh, hỡi bậc đáng tôn kính.
