यमसभावर्णनम् (Yamasabhā-varṇanam) — Nārada’s Description of Dharmarāja’s Assembly

ईदृशी सा सभा राजन पित्राज्ञों महात्मन: । वरुणस्यापि वक्ष्यामि सभां पुष्करमालिनीम्‌

Transliteration

īdṛśī sā sabhā rājan pitṛrājño mahātmanaḥ | varuṇasyāpi vakṣyāmi sabhāṃ puṣkaramālinīm ||

Translation

Nārada nói: “Tâu Đại vương, hội đường của Yama—bậc Đại Hồn, Chúa tể của các Pitṛ (tổ linh)—quả đúng như thế. Nay ta sẽ kể tiếp về hội đường của Varuṇa, được trang hoàng bằng những vòng hoa của các thánh địa tīrtha như Puṣkara.”
