दुर्योधनस्य बलिवर्णनम् — Duryodhana’s Description of Tribute at the Rājasūya
एवं स निश्चयं कृत्वा ततो वचनमत्रवीत् । पुनर्गान््धारनृपतिं दहुमान इवाग्निना,ऐसा निश्चय करके दुर्योधन चिन्ताकी आगसे दग्ध-सा होता हुआ पुनः गान्धारराज शकुनिसे बोला
evaṁ sa niścayaṁ kṛtvā tato vacanam abravīt | punar gāndhāranṛpatiṁ dahumān ivāgninā ||
Sau khi đã quyết định như vậy, Duryodhana liền cất lời. Cháy bỏng như bị lửa thiêu—bởi ngọn lửa bên trong của những toan tính đầy âu lo—hắn lại hướng đến vua xứ Gandhāra, Śakuni, mà nói, thúc đẩy ý đồ của mình.
