मायासभायां दुर्योधनस्य अवमान-प्रसङ्गः
Duryodhana’s Humiliation in the Hall of Māyā
त्वं ह्वार्तानां समाश्चासों भीतानामभयप्रद: । एवमुक्तस्तत: कृष्ण: सोडब्रवीद् यदुनन्दन:,'क्योंकि तुम संकटमें पड़े हुए प्राणियोंक सबसे बड़े सहारे और भयभीत मनुष्योंको अभय देनेवाले हो।” अपनी बुआके ऐसा कहनेपर यदुनन्दन श्रीकृष्णने कहा--
tvaṁ hy ārtānāṁ samāś cāsi bhītānām abhayapradaḥ | evam uktaḥ tataḥ kṛṣṇaḥ so ’bravīd yadunandanaḥ ||
“Bởi chàng thật là nơi nương tựa lớn nhất của kẻ lâm nạn, và là đấng ban sự vô úy cho người khiếp sợ.” Nghe nàng nói vậy, Kṛṣṇa—niềm vui của dòng Yadu—bèn đáp lời.
